Your profile says you have a 2004 25' Safari. Some come with a lobster bowl sink, others with two small rectangular sinks. In either case removing the sink would make getting to the faucet easier. The top mounted sinks shouldn't be too hard to remove. The upward end of the drain trap is hand tightened, so you just l]Sen it until it comes free, then there should be 4 clips that hold the sink to the bottom of the counter. They are generally held on with a hex nut on a screw and getting them off either needs a deep socket, or the sink wrench noted by the prior poster.
(The real problem is getting your SELF in a position to SEE where the wretched things are. Cell phone CAMERA! That quick visual tour might prove that it would be just as easy to contort around the sink as it would be to remove it.)
You did not ask, but if you are replacing the faucet, get a high rise one with the sprayer built into the faucet so it doesn't get tangled with stuff you store under the sink.... but measure the distance between the counter top and the overhead cabinet so that it will fit and turn freely.
