2016 23D - Radio panel removal

Anyone with experience in removing this panel? I want to install a Blue Sea USB charging panel above the radio. I can't see any screws or other hardware that has it secured to the cabinet case.

In your manuals there should be 2 metal “tools that slide in to slots on the front of the unit to remove the head unit.

Actually I meant the *wood* panel. I want to get a clean cut to install the USB charger.
