Factory 25 Point inspection - 1978 Caravanner

Has anyone done the 25 point inspection at the Airstream Factory? I am picking up my 78 Caravanner which has been gone over by a dealer and I am having the factory fo a wheel allignment, repack the bearings, replace the tires, and replace a light switch. Other than that, what will the 25 point inspection tell me? I bought the unit from a private party and the dealer who is in the local area has checked out the systems (Water, electric, PP, AC) and everything checks out. Can anyone post what the inspection covers?

Hi all... I got a call from the AS service department and they are re asphalt in at the factory on Monday 7/3 (although they are open for service. They told me that the terra-port will be closed but should be open by Wednesday. I will be having some work done so stop by and say hello we will be in a 78 Caravanner

Hey,

I had sent an e-mail directly to the service department in JC (you can access through the AS website), to my suprise I gat an e-mail back the next day with an X-cel sheet of the 25 point inspection which is very comprehensive as wellas the $325 price quote to do it. I had orginally the service guy about strip and re-coat form ny TT, and he sent me the 25 point sheet along the quote.
