We provided a bunch of images we liked to Timeless and they came up with fabrics for us to choose from. Give Darcy (lead designer) a call at www.timelesstraveltrailers.com and she can probably point you in the right direction.

Very nice. We also have a 25' SS (but a "regular" Safari) and have the corner bath. I would love to see a photo of how you did the glass in the door. Also, do you have the lever door handle in the bath door? I seem to catch my clothes on it regularly and get hung up on the way out.

Great upgrades! I'm here in Denver as well so might have to engage them a few years down the road. My question is in regard to your outside carpeted stairs. Is this just cut down pieces of carpeting glued on? Can you tell me how they were attached? We have a dog that keeps slipping on the stairs and is scared to death of them. This might fix it.

They are just regular steps from the factory with some non-slip sandpaper type material stuck on. You can buy this non-slip material from home depot and self-install perhaps.... They make little tread pads that stick on to wood stairs.

Our door is just like the new international models. We have a recessed door latch and we ordered the current airstream window insert.

This is not our trailer but our bathroom door looks identical...

Wow, that's a stunning refresh; love the red cushions. Just curious how much the bamboo flooring increased your curb weight.

Not sure... maybe 2-300 lbs? Not too concerned about the weight gain. last time I weighed it on the scale I was sitting at around 6,200lb or so I believe... GVW is rated at 7,000... the newer 25' trailers have a GVW of 7,300 with basically the same frame and axles... so it can handle it.

I love your work here. We're strongly considering a 25ss. We like the way you've improved it!

I just saw your pictures on the back of Airstream Life magazine, so I had to look up this thread again. I love your trailer so much, so whenever you are ready to sell . . .

How is that new stove/oven working out? Does it have more accurate oven temperatures?

Modifications to our 25' International

It works great. No issues with the temperature regulation - bakes well for us....

The oven is a bit smaller than the old one but that hasn't been a problem either. I like the electric start and glass window with light so you can check on your grub

Dometic CU434 Loving it! Where did you get the new Dometic Range??

Hello. I just have to say I love all the upgrades you have done. We just bought a Flying Cloud that only has the convection microwave and no oven. We want to add an oven and remove the microwave and I am in love with that Dometic. I cannot seem to find it on any sites. I still have to call around to dealers but was wondering if you could tell me where you got yours from? We are located in Southern California. I see on your last post, you seemed to still really like it and the maximizing of the counterspace from sitting flush is a great selling point for me! Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Hey there - You'll need to go through your local dometic dealer to order one. I seem to remember it was about $850. Just tell them you need a CU-434 oven and you should be good.

Hopefully they have solved their packaging issues - I had 3 stoves show up smashed up / dented... so it took quite a while to go back and forth exchanging units. Another good reason to work through your local dometic dealer, they'll be the ones dealing with exchanges....

Thank you so much! I will try to find a local dealer for sure then. That sounds a little frustrating! But that price range is not bad at all seeing as the normal airstream units I was looking at were $600 and something for the black and $800 and something for the stainless ones without the flush top, window and light. Thank you for sharing!

It's for sale....

Well, after much thought we have decided to move up to a 30' and start the customization process all over again

So this incredible 25' is now for sale.

Here is a link to the sales brochure for download:

https://www.dropbox.com/s/1lbseqqluc...0Sale.pdf?dl=0

This is also listed on airstream classifieds, airstream addicts on Facebook and airstream hunter on Facebook.

Please use the information on airstream classifieds or in the brochure to ask questions / schedule a viewing/inspection, etc..

Enjoy!

I saw the listing yesterday and immediately ran to show my husband. We will be starting our full-time adventure in 2 months, and this has always been my favourite Airstream. We will be deeply considering it. Best wishes on your new search!
