I am almost done with my solar system for my 1972 lane tacky overlander
But I want to make sure everything is wired correctly
I have an AC I want to run off shore power (dedicated circuit breaker)
I have 120v wiring for appliances
I have 12 v wiring for all else
I have a circuit breaker box (for 120v)
I have a fuse box (for 12v)
Lithium battery
Mppt
Renogy 3000w pure sine wave inverter charger
Solar panels
Shore power outlet
**DO I NEED A CONVERTER**
Mainly need to know how to wire the shore power to run the AC?
What/how do I wire the inverter/charger?
Currently I have:
Shore power -> inverter charger -> circuit breaker-> AC
Technically you have an inverter/converter/charger, just nobody actually says the "converter" part so you already have a converter and don't need another one.
It should be.
Shore power -> inverter charger -> circuit breaker box->breaker to AC and breaker to other outlets
THANK YOU that is what I have so it’s all wired properly I just have to figure out why the inverter charger faulted but I think it’s just basic troubleshooting now

Did it fail? Has it ever worked?
On my Victron it was easy to inadvertently tap the wrong setting and turn off the charger portion. Have you double checked the settings and switch positions?
