Wiring Behind Fridge Vent - What's it for?

I have a 73 Globetrotter that has several wires cutoff behind the fridge vent inside of the upper locker (the wires come through the interior panel through a grommet). The counter and stove vent work along with the outside light over the steps. Any idea what this wiring was for?

If there are 4 wires there, then those were for the original Armstrong AC unit thermostat.

Thanks Andy - that explains why I not missing anything - this trailer never had an ac unit.

Wires behind refer vent

Andy,

My 69 Safari also has 4 wires, but never had AC. I'll probably add AC some day in the future. Are these wires heading to some location on the roof and can be used to control a future AC?

Sthorpe, when we cut the AC hole in our 69 they were right next to the wiring installed factory for the AC in the ceiling.... When you go to put AC in call Andy and have him give you the proper location measurments for the AC hole. It doesn't go in an existing vent hole.
