Volta Failure

Who has had E1 Volta failures? If so what were your symptoms and how was the issue resolved? In my case, the inverter will not turn on, nor will shore power pass from the Volta back to the AI fuse panel. Started off as occassional, now no AC under any circumstance.

I have spent lots of time troubleshooting this with the good folks at Volta (who are WAY better than the AS folks on this).

I have had a failure of the Volta alternator charging on my 2024 Interstate 19 with E1. Troubleshooting by the tech at Colonial Airstream dealer with assistance from Volta determined the fault was the alternator control unit inside the Volta Power Distribution Hub (PDH). Required a replacement PDH shipped from Volta in Michigan to dealer in New Jersey for repair.

Since the Volta battery system is only offered on Airstream motorhome models you will find several discussions about Volta issues in the Sprinter and B-van Forum.
