upgraded inverter 19ft flying cloud

just got 2016 19ft flying cloud. Upgraded batteries to 2 6 volt deep cells. 230 amps.. Was wondering if anybody has ever upgraded the 1000 inverter to a higher wattage? Was thinking 2000 watts so run small micro, blow dryer, coffee maker.

I realize that will drain the batteries faster, but looking to possibly add portable solar also. (won't always been able to connect to 110)
