I rewired my 12V
distribution panel with a SafetyHub 150 this weekend and got rid the "rat's nest" of wires and the short stop fuses. In the process, I came across a red and a black, 8 or 10 AWG wires protruding from the wall where the harness wires come out. The ends of the wires were looped back on themselves and heavily taped to cover the ends. These wires are significantly larger than any others coming out of the wall in this group (except white 10 AWG ground wires).
I cannot find any wires in the diagrams I have from Airstream that are this heavy. Anybody have any idea what they are for?
I though they might be for a slide-out circuit, but the drawing I have for a S/O does not show them.
I guess I'll just tuck them back into the wall...
