Your '03 does not have a Univolt. It does have a converter, but it will be the modern switch mode electronic type. If you don't have ANY power in the trailer, check the 120 VAC from the source (plug) inward to the trailer and verify the voltage at every step. That includes the supply breakers, the plug and cord set, the plug into the trailer, etc. You should find a problem along the line somewhere.
