Univolt Installation

Hi All:
Any hints on replacing the old univolt with a brand new one? I got it this week and it is wired such that it just plugs in. But isn't the original Univolt actually hard-wired in? How do you remove the stove and oven unit to get at the univolt, is it necessary? I'm clueless, any help would be so appreciated!!
Thanks!!
J

Only couple screws hold it in, should not have to disassmble much, just put one like yours. 3 wires and your done
