I am not using a shunt but that switch works great and is available in 3 and 4 position. I grounded the batteries together. So trailer ground goes to one battery and then a jumper to the other battery.

This box works great and installs easy. It is tight but it works and looks factory

I just did a 9 day trip with the setup and it was fantastic. I pulled in 75ah in one day with my portable 200 watt panels.

Pictures of installation

I was wondering if you wouldn't mind posting your installation photos again. I purchased the same Torklift box but didn't have the time to install it last year before winter hit. I have a similar trailer and hitch configuration and would like to model the installation after yours. Thank you.
