Towing light/brakes plug

Hello all.

I am currently renovating a 1978 Sovereign from the ground up. The electrical was not complete and was heavily (and unsafely) modified prior to purchase. I am doing a total rewire, including the towing lights and electric brakes.

I am posting today to ask for some help finding a product, as well as for general advice for wiring. I am looking for the appropriate wiring harness and plug to plug into a towing vehicle that will power the brakes and towing lights (clearance lights, brake lights, etc.). A google search is only yielding results for the basic big-box store 3-prong harnesses. What is the appropriate keyword to use when searching for the proper harness? Are there any recommendations you all have for which one I should get?

Regarding wiring, I'm assuming that the plug assembly will have multiple wires contained within it; one for brake lights, electric brakes, turn signals, etc.

Is there any further items I would need for the wiring job, or do they come ready to route to the lights?

Thank you for your time and consideration.
