Strange power issues

I have a 2018 Classic 33FB with Firefly. I have mysterious power issues. On the Firefly I have no control of the forward AC. And when I place a demand on the rear AC only, both ACs come on. Even stranger still is when I turn on the microwave oven, the front AC fan comes on. When the microwave counts down to zero, the front AC fan turns off. Also the refrigerator won't run on shore power even though it's connected. Over the past 2 years, my trailer has been in an Airstream shop for 12 months total as they try to figure this out. Thier solution is to replace the DC convertor. It work for a little while then all the strange electrical issues are back. Any ideas?
