Source for bulkhead plug outlet

Newbie here with hopefully an easy question. Figured with the knowledge base here I'd get the best source. Trailer is a 1955 Silver Streak Jet 19 and the 120V plug in the back is merely the recessed 3 prong female outlet, no cover or protection. When I've had the trailer plugged in when its rainy out it seems to eventually short out and pop the breaker on the house. Was wondering if there was a good source for something appropriate looking that I could replace this with that might be a little bit more weather resistant. thanks for any help in advance.

Outlet Inlet

For a stock trailer the 15a inlet would be sufficient. If air conditioning, electric heat, or an electric water heater have been added you would want to upgrade to the 30 amp connector and add a breaker panel.
