Solar Controller in Bathroom Chirps/Beeps All Night Long

Help!

I live in my parents' Airstream. I don't know much about it. It's a 2016 International.

Every evening after sunset, the solar controller panel that is mounted in the bathroom starts chirping. It chips every few minutes, all night long until morning (sunup). Any ideas why? And--more importantly--what I can do to make it stop?

More info: Parked in a neighborhood, connected to city electricity. Lived in the Airstream for about 4-5 months before the chirping began.

Have you changed your smoke detector batteries in a while?

Those low-battery chirps will fool you sometimes.
