Signal Stat 9007

Can anyone help!

I need new marker lights. I want to replace as original 'Signal Stat 9007'

I've found Peterson 138 R & A, although I'm not sure if they are the EXACT replacement.

The base size is important due to the recess the forward lights set into on my unit.

Further, I prefer the flat bulb insert (as original) and not the round type the Peterson's apparently have.

Any suggestions?

Driftwood

Thank you Zed2.

It appears that you have a '86 Sovereign - I have an '85 Sovereign. The marker lights may be the same.?

In the catalog that you referred me to, Page six(6). Two bulb PermaStat. It is most likely item # 1211 (red) and item # 1211-3 (amber) are the lights I am looking for. I see further down on the page that 9007 is the red replacement lens cover.

It is unclear to me how to decifer the catalog listing. It is possible that the numbers I stated above refer to the lens only and the entire units (base & lens - which is what I want) are item # 1213 & 1213A

I require five (5) red & two (2) amber full units.

I beleive I (we) are getting closer. I can't thank you enough for the assistance.

Where do I go from here?

Regards,

Driftwood,

Call Truck Lite (the new owner of Signal-Stat) at 888-562-5012. Ask them for the name of Dealers or Distributors in the area. In Richardson I use NAPA and Navastar. Ask the dealer to order the parts. (If it is NAPA, they can be returned if they do not match.)

Regards,
Keith

Driftwood,

By the way, I have always wanted a 1955 Chris Craft Commander 38', so if my suggestion helps, feel free to mail me the ship.

The Chris Craft is about to be laid-up for the winter.

FYI,

You need lights? copy & paste the following:

http://www.truck-lite.com/webapp/wcs...0001&langId=-1

I have found what I was looking for.

Now if I could just locate a pair of aluminium 30# tanks, that I could afford ....
