Shore power inlet stopped working?

Any ideas on why one shore power inlet works, but the other does not? The rear inlet works and the front has stopped. I've got a 2011 25FP Flying Cloud. Thanks for any thoughts.
For what it's worth, I just changed out the converter before I realized the other inlet was working.

Transfer switch? I have the same problem. I purchased a new converter (multi stage) and transfer switch I need to install for next year. Do a google search on "Airforums transfer switch" and see what you get. Lots of discussion on this sad to say!
