Shore power box and breakers?

Ready to get the shore power hooked up and don't have a breaker box. I have looked and looked and don't understand.

Can you provide a link to a breaker box that I can get?

Is the 30 amp 110v or 120v?
What is a two pole breaker?

I don't quite understand what breaker box you are referring to. Are yor talking about a breaker box in the trailer or in the house?

30 amp RV power is 110 volt.

A double pole breaker is usually something usually use with 22 volt hook ups for major household appliances, like dryers and electric ranges.

Sorry, breaker box for the trailer.
The plug has three wires, black, white, and green, I think,
The trailer has three circuits, 2 for outlets and one for the ac.
I have no clue.
I understand that I will need a breaker on each circuit, like 15-15-30 or something like that.
What I can't find, or it is right there and I'm just not seeing it, is to buy the box with breakers where the 30 amp plug comes in.

Usually airstreams have 120 volt. Your trailer might be kinda surprised if it got wired to 220 volt service. The 120 shore power breaker box in my trailer is in the rear, hiding in the towel closet. Opposite end from the 12 volt fuse box in front of the trailer.

You're better off to buy a pre-made RV 30 amp box from someone like Randy. If you want to go on the cheap, you can get any circuit breaker "Main Lugs" box with 6 or 8 spaces.

You will need a 30 amp single pole breaker for the incoming power. Put that in the first space and connect the black wire from the power cord to the screw connection.

Install a jumper between the two main busses in the box. Install the other three breakers in the box.

Make sure the neutral bar is isolated from the enclosure. Buy an extra ground bar and mount it in the box, there should be a location for it. Install all the neutral circuit wires to the neutral, and all the ground wires to the ground bar with no connections between the two.

That should do it.

My trailer has an ordinary Square D main lugs breaker box. Came that way from the factory last year. Works great.

Especially the second one. Several of us helped Lindy buy and install a new circuit breaker panel.

Is that all you need? Do you have a converter/charger? Do you have a 12 volt fuse panel? If you need those items as well as the 110 VAC circuit panel, I think you'd be better off buying a complete all in one unit from Best Converters (that's where I got mine).
