The transfer switch is known to fail, if you have one. That is, the switch that transfers shore power between the front shorepower inlet and the rear. Do you have AC to the converter?

Start up with checking for power at the supplied power outlet ( campground power) you can take a electrical table lamp and plug it into the campground socket with a adapter depending on supplied amp service ,that's if you don't have a multi meter and know how to use it then check the main breakers then all other breakers and then if still no power it's posible you have a failed component ( transfer switch )like was just mentioned. Or bad wiring .

Were you doing anything with electical load at the time it happened; if not, then unplug everything; shut off breakers; shut off all lights/switches; reconnect supply after checking all plugs and coated wiring; then open all breakers at panel and see what happens as you try each light or outlet;

If still not working; did you have anything plugged in at time of event; if you did check that wall plug wiring;if not, check main wiring harness from panel to power source; helps to have circuit tester also;
