Re-wiring '65 overlander

I'm currently working on my mostly original '65 overlander. I'm running new wires and I'd like to set up an lp generator system that will allow me to run 110 through a weekend of fishing. I've read allot about the honda 2000 with the conversion kit to run on propane, but i'm wondering if anyone has an "optimal" solution. Thanks.

I'm restoring a '65 Caravel and plan to do the same thing. I'd love to find an air conditioner that doesn't require a second Honda eu2000. If I can't, I plan to use 2 with the parallel power kit.

Reviews here and elsewhere seem to agree that this is a reliable and quiet choice.
