Question about ground block for Dometic circuit board

I am replacing my rm2607 dometic circuit board with a Dinasour 711-p cirucit board. This refrigerator is going into a 1960 airstream. Explain the ground blocks function? I don't have a ground block and I need to figure out how to properly ground this circuit board.

I have been told to just ground it to the frame. The board has a ground that goes to the screw that attaches the circuit board to the refrigerator and a ground that goes to the ground block that I do not have.

You can ground it to the inner shell of your trailer. Just make sure the inner shell of the trailer has a ground wire going to the frame of the trailer.
The more grounds the better, circuit boards are not cheap.

I got the new 711-P dinasour circuit board in and everything seems to be working fine. The AC heating element is hot and we are waiting to see if it cools down. The control panel is working fine.
