Puzzled

BR receptacles, TV, Fusion and microwave not working while plugged up to good shore power. Breakers seem fine. Receptacles and tv will power up if the inverter is switched on. I also donít have a yellow light indicator displayed on the inverter panel even though Iím on shore power.

You might want to check out this recent thread where someone had a similar issue. It has a lot of good advice on how to diagnose a problem with the shore power not working properly.

Otherwise, I'd guess with a 2021 you have a Smartplug, it will have a blue light if it is getting good power (red is reverse polarity). If not, then it's your power source or cord. If it is then check at the panel if there is AC voltage coming in (see multimeter tips in the above post). Basically, find the spot where there should be a voltage but there isn't.

The inverter runs off batteries and is powering its outlets as it should, so that doesn't tell you much.

Problem solved but still a mystery

I had read on another forum to cut the breaker off at the box and also turn off all breakers inside on the panel before cutting them all back on, one at a time. I tried this and the same issues remained.
So, we unplugged and packed up to travel our next leg of the trip. Upon arriving at the next site, I plugged up everything as usual and everything worked. No idea what caused the original malfunction, but it's solved for now.

Might have been polarity swapped. I've started using a receptacle tester before plugging in, even though I have an EMS.
