Progressive Dynamics- A Great Experience

Don't you just love small US companies that are interested in taking care of their businesses and their customers??

The plug in on my four year old Electrical Management System(aka surge protector with all the bells and whistles) was recently damaged by what I thought was a faulty receptacle in a camp ground pedestal. Even though the unit comes with a lifetime warranty, this damage did not seem to have anything to do with the unit(which continued to work perfectly). Called the nice folks in NC and told them, I needed a new plug and the unit checked out.

The rest of the story...shipped it off and 5 business days later, received a whole new unit-no charge. That's called creating customer loyalty!!

Same thing happened to mine after less than 6 months of service. The plug melted but PD replaced it. Just had to pay the shipping to ship the bad unit back to them.

PI, I think

I think you are talking about Progressive Industries in Apex, NC. They make the common protection devices, people install PD converters.
