Pre-wire for MIMO - electrical question

We have a 2021 27FB GT. I am going to install a Pepwave/Poynting 7 in 1 antenna combo and use the factory wires. I have not done any electrical work on my AS (just a bit in my old SOB, a few years ago. Has anyone used the existing blue/white wire in the cabinet above the bed to power their pepwave? I thought I had seen a post about someone wiring it to a power switch so it could be easily turned on and off, but now can't find that post. If you have done this, do you mind sharing your step by step instructions and/or pics. I know everything is there to do it, just want to confirm what I'm seeing and thinking.
