Power to Alde

I’m new to the forum & Airstream. Have an “early 2018 Classic 30’ twin.
Not sure where this ? Belongs but. I have read the Much a do about Alde thread more than once. After taking unit back to JC in March and having “a lot of work done”. I have been very pleased with the Alde for hot water have lots of water no problems. Heater not so much —but we live in Houston so not much chance to use —- we’re in Oregon and system working fine. UNTIL this morning the control panel is dark apparently no power. I’ll call factory Monday but I’d like a now shower before then. I have checked breakers and turned off shore power and flipped the 12volt switch to off waited 15 minutes turned back on No Alde.
Any suggestions appreciated

Hi

Well .... the Alde (like most of the 12V stuff) runs through the 12V breaker panel. It's under the wardrobe and to the right of the 120V panel. At least that's the way it is in a 2017 and I'm guessing it's the same in a 2018.

Doesn’t appear to be tripped light shows green pushed button no resistance all lights show green no change on monitor
