power cord

looked all over no one seems to clean their power cord...mine is grey and stained ..tried 308 rubber\plastic cleaner ..no good what else can i use?maybe skin so soft or ???any ideas?would like to keep it clean ..thanks

You can substitute a white "Magic Eraser" sponge for the Rope/Cord brush after soaking.

I wipe mine with a wet cloth (with some detergent) occasionally when I put it in the storage compartment. But I also replaced the original gray cord that came with the GT with a lighter and much more flexible black cord. I don't see any stains.... even if they are there.
