My 64 had a cord that ran from the breaker box in the rear bathroom cabinet down through the rear utility area and into the rear bumper storage that also holds the septic hose when not in use.
If that cord is missing or damaged, then I would run a short piece of NM with a standard plug for use during the reconstruction and replace it with your final solution when you get to that stage. I may also consider replacing the stock breaker box with this..

Since it offers a number of additional circuits and is close to the original size. Easy swap if you have the cabinets out. Less so if doing it with the cabinet in place. You will also want to replace the transformer and install a converter instead and replace the bus bars with a small DC fuse panel.

If you have the a original AC I would tend to advise having it repaired in place as an alternative to trying to mount a more modern unit. Those things are tough. You will likely need a new fan motor, and I would strongly suggest changing out the compressor for a new rotary r22 11k BTU unit. Pulls less amps than the older style. If you go this route do so soon since 2019 is the last year that licensed techs can work on r22 systems. Send me PM and I can give more info/links on this. Mine is still running strong on OEM compressor. But very soon I will need to have the compressor swapped out.

Just a reminder: They do make a panel mounted male electrical plug that could be used to replace your female receptacle. The panel mounted plug comes either recessed or not. I think the recessed version would probably utilize you cover plate. This could be a very cheap and easy fix. You would still use the standard orange cord: plug into house and receptacle end into MH. Just remember that the standard orange cord is probably 16 gauge wire and only rated for 10 amps continuous. You would need 12 gauge wire if you wanted to supply a 25 amp requirement. Good luck you are lucky this time for a cheap and very safe fix.

UPDATE:

Well the Leviton Male outlet arrived today - Just got done mounting it

I will be investigating the original shore power cord which looks to be cut at the end due to harsh oxidation - In the near future I hope to convert over to the Smart Plug shore power setup.
