Perplexed and Confused!

I'm asking for help regarding a potential wiring issue. I have replaced the service box in our 1968 Sovereign and over the last couple of years, have successfully added/replaced circuits to give us some additional outlets for a few modern conviences. All work flawlessly!

Recently, I added one last circuit in the new box to give us a new outlet under the rear bath vanity area - continuing around the outside wall of the Airstream and culminating in the front sitting area to give us an outlet there for a TV, etc. Two months ago, when I ran this line, it was tested and worked well! No issues! Items (vacuum cleaner and fan) plugged into them worked great! There are a total of 3 new outlets on this run.

Earlier today, as i was looking to finish some plumbing work in the rear bath, I discovered that none of these 3 new outlets were "technically" working any longer. By technically I mean that the line from the breaker box as well as all three outlets showed I had power to them as verified by my Klein Tools circuit tester. However, none of the three outlets would power anything that was plugged into them.

I then pulled out the Sperry outlet tester, and when plugged into each of the three outlets - I received the message "Hot/Grd Reverse"!! I pulled all the outlets to verify wiring - NO issues! Adding to the frustration is that these outlets worked two months ago when I wired them - but do not work now even though they show power going to them.

The line I originally ran for this circuit culminated in a junction box where I combined the new copper wiring with an existing aluminum wire circuit using the proper wiring ends to do that. That aluminum wiring circuit no longer shows any power to it - although the copper wiring circuits show power going to them. I have done no additional wiring between that time 2 months ago - and now. I have added no circuits / no outlets.

Can anyone give me some clue or some guidance as to what I am doing wrong or what the issue may be??

Thank you for any advice and comments!

I guess I would verify from the panel each hot/neutral/ground wire to each part of the branch circuit. I would make a long tester lead and unplug the trailer and verify with the ohm setting. I would disconnect those wires at the panel during the testing. You should be able to find the OC.
