PE means Previous Error (assuming you have a Progress Industries EMS). If the fault still existed the fault would be displayed E2. Therefore, the fault that the system sensed has been corrected. The display is letting you know something happened, but the system is safe now. To delete this code, just turn the power off, then back on, at the breaker (or switch) prior to the household connection.
Did you test the ground fault receptacle in the trailer.
Did you plug into the household outlet while the plug was hot? (should be turned off) It is possible one or two blades contacted slightly prior to the others, creating a false code.
