No power or charge from shore power

Hi there, this is my first post.
I have a 2017 20ft Bambi whose batteries will not charge & has very low power when connected to shore power. The batteries will charge when connected to the tow vehicle. They are nearly brand new batteries.
Our power cable lights up red as if it’s working. We have tried multiple different outlets. Have checked GFCI outlets inside, and switched out fuses. Power switch is set to on.
I read on another thread about a ‘transfer switch’, but couldn’t find detailed information of its whereabouts & whether or not this is something we could switch out ourselves. Or possibly it’s a different issue?
Any input is appreciated..

best,
Tiffany

If none of the 110 outlets work at all when connected to shore power then you have a problem with the 110. Bad transfer switch it the trailer has one. Or broken wire or loose connection in the power cord. It will not charge the batteries if there is no 110. Since your power light is on you are probably getting some 110.

If any of the outlets work and you are getting 110 then the problem is probably in the circuit with the power converter that charges the batteries. No power to it or a faulty converter. Maybe you better put a battery charger on the batteries to keep them from going way down.

you need to find the power converter and test to see it it is getting110 volt input.

I know not a good answer but at least it will bump you question back to the top until someone who knows the newer units sees it
