No Power Bambi

2014 Airstream Bambi 16ft When plugged into shore power or using battery the only power that works is the microwave and one receptacle(outlet)below microwave same wall! Any suggestions before taking for service. Thank you

I have a few questions before I make any assumptions:
a) Does the hidden receptacle under the dinette work?
b) Does the hidden receptacle by the TV work?
c) Do any of the USB or DC jacks work?
d) Any issues with the lights or radio?

Two easy things to check:

First, find the AC power breaker box and make sure that none of the breakers are tripped.

Second, inspect every outlet and find the one that is GFCI protected. Make sure that the GFCI isn't tripped. Usually there are several outlets downstream from a GFCI outlet, so if the GFCI trips, then you can lose the whole circuit.

Check other items that are "hard wired" into your AC system, for instance, try turning on the fan on your air conditioner (assuming yo have one).
