New power Convertor HOT!

1974 31" rear bath Intl. I just replaced my original univ-volt with a magnetek 3240 I proudly bought from my local Airstream dealer.
Everything works fine except the thing is way too hot in my opinion. I am almost certain that it is dangerously hot.
Has anyone experienced a similar situation or does anyone have any ideas what could be causing this over heating.

The correct Magnetec replacement as per Airstream is model 7455. They will get warm, but not hot.

Thanks and...

You wouldn't happen to have one of these in stock along with a TU45 fuse block would you?
