New custom light covers for 67 globetrotter
I ran into an issue with not having the original covers for the interior lights. So decided to get creative and make my own. Personally I think they are better than the original design. I took a sheet of 1/8" 55% translucent white plexi-glass, I measured and cut it to size. I rounded the edges to match the overall oval shape that is so unique to Airstream. I then capped the rough cut edges with a chrome lip bought from a auto parts store for car trim. I installed them simply with two rivets to snug it up securely to the interior skin. I hope you guys like it! Feedback is always wanted!
