New Central Control 1974 Sovereign

1974 Sovereign

Hi, I'm in the middle of gutting this aluminum monster. I've torn out our broken central control and would like to replace it with a streamlined new model. Any recommendations would be much appreciated!

Thanks,

Kyle

If you mean the gauge panel, there are several much smaller options available, most use led's for displays.

Yes, I do mean the gauge panel. I'm looking at what I've done (tearing out everything) and starting to feel a bit overwhelmed. I'm hoping to have an electrician help with the electrical. So are there any brands you'd recommend?

I think if you think of electrical wires as pipes for electricity, it actually makes more sense.....umm.

One of my bosses told that as a young man, he helped build a new shop. Since there was leftover galvanized plumbing pipe, his boss decided to use it for electrical conduit. It seemed like a good idea at the time, but when they turned on the water it came out of the breaker box.

How did you fare in Siloam last night? I only had some debris and skirting from a neighbor’s mobile home blow into my yard. No damage, myself.
