Can anyone tell me where this pink wire goes? The fuse was blown when I got it 2 weeks ago and will blow as soon as I install a new one. I have been reading for days and I think everyone agrees that these old univolts should be replace. I would love to replace her but I can't afford it right now. Please help a broke fella out.
OK, Not letting me add an attachment. I have a univolt V.

hi- for a '72 21 footer, according to my service manual, the pink wire feeds power to the range exhaust fan, galley roof locker light, furnace, and step light. Hope this helps- look for shorts at those places. -tim

Thanks for your help. It was a short in the step light. I took the cover off and wire was exposed. The last place I would have looked.
Tim, were is the best place to get a service manual?
From Airstream scroll down to the bottom of the page. They are producing high quality reprints of the orginal Service and Owners' manuals. Well worth the money.
Aaron
