Need help with switch mount

Hi Iím removing the wardrobe in my 2015 flying cloud. There are a bunch of 12 v switches and dimmers in it that I would like to just attached to the aluminum wall of the airstream. My question is do I need to put in some type of junction box behind the 12v switches or just put them straight in with nothing separating the connection from the inside wall? Hopefully that question makes sense! If I do need a junction box of sorts can someone point me to a part for that? Obviously a residential junction box is way to big for a little 12v switch.

Beyond the switches the other two items Iíd like to put directly into the aluminum wall is the the battery disconect (use/store) switch and the solar panel info display. If I put those in the wall do either of them need a junction box as well?

Thank you!!
