Leaving trailer connected to 110 ac?
We live in an area where dampness can be a problem. Because of this, we normally leave the 2005 16' CCD connected to house 110v AC to run a low-wattage electric dryer in the Bambi through the winter. With the batt switch in "use", the battery is also receiving a charge. Question: is the charger set up so that I'm essentially doing what a battery minder would do or am I doing long-term damage to the battery? Would it be better to remove the battery and stick it on a minder (leaving the trailer hooked up to 110 for the dryer)?
