Keeping the telltale while loosing the Univolt

Replacements for the Univolt converter do not supply a tap to run the control panel AC Power ON lamp. A simple, cheap, and expedient work-around is to plug in a "wall-wart" small appliance 12VAC supply (thrift store?) next to the converter and wire one side to ground and the other to the pilot light wire. This will indicate when you are hooked onto outside 110V.
