Is my AS charging?

I'm still learning our new to us 2015 25FC.
We left the AS unplugged for 3 days and returned to find the batteries drained. When I plugged in to shore power, I noticed the blue indicator light on the cord receptacle was unlit. We had power, so I'm assuming the light just burned out. For several hours after plugging in, the converter kept cycling on.
The battery indicator on the tank monitor reads 13.5V
The battery indicator on the Blue Sky Energy IPN Pro remote reads 8.1V. The memory shows the greatest charge since last reset is 8.3V
We have 2 AGM Lifecyle batteries.

Please help me understand
1. Why is the blue indicator light out?
2. Which monitor is correct? Why the discrepancy?
3. The big question- Is my AS charging properly?

When you're connected to shore power, your converter is powering the 12 V appliances in your trailer. So the fact that the tank monitor says 13.5 V when connected to shore power seems fine. I'm guessing that you haven't pressed the use/store switch to use. When it's in the store position the batteries are not connected and therefore not charging via the converter. To charge your batteries, connect to shore power and make sure the use/store switch is in the use position.

Since you have a BlueSky IPN Pro, I'm guessing you have solar. If setup correctly this monitor always gives you the battery voltage directly - regardless of the use/store switch. So if it's saying 8.3 V, I'm guessing your batteries are probably shot. Get yourself a voltmeter and measure the voltage directly across your AGMs to confirm that they are at 8.3 V.

Alano- I checked the batteries with my multimeter and they read 12.8V. Assuming that is correct, why would the IPN Pro read 8.1? And does the outside indicator light not working indicate anything?
Also- while on shore power we were in "use" mode.

Is your trailer in a shaded area? Perhaps your IPN is showing the voltage coming in from the solar panels and they aren't producing much electricity.

We have not had much sun. Is that how the IPN works? The IPN memory also shows the highest charge since last reset was 8.3V.
