Green flashing lights behind the sink in the Globetrotter

In my 2019 Globetrotter behind the sink there is a panel with dozens of randomly flashing green lights, does anyone know what this panel is supporting? I ask because that entire panel has gone offline and Iím having all sorts of problems when trying to use shore power but battery support doesnít seem affected.

This is likely the control board for your automatic awning. Itís 12v powered.

Try toggling the power switch on your power awning and see if the board reboots.

I also agree that it is to support your awning but curious to know what other problems you are having?
When you turn your awning switch back on, did the lights come back ďonlineĒ.

Zip Dee hired a sub that liked to provide a lot of diagnostic LED's thus all the flashing lights s. If you could read Zip Dee, you'd know what the board was telling you.

The Zip Dee board unfortunately does not have a good input power conditioner so it is sensitive to out of spec. voltages from the 12V nominal bus. So if you are experiencing battery systems issues, it won't be too surprising to hear the Zip Dee controller has gone offline and may be damaged.....

That is good info. Remember, after powering on the awning, be sure and press closed before anything else. That resets the motors in order for them to work together.
