"Refer" = refrigerator. Go outside and unplug the refrigerator power cord which is plugged into a shore power outlet in the cavity behind the door. If that doesn't fix your problem, change the GFCI breaker. They do go bad. If it fixes your problem, it could be an insect nest in the outlet box, corrosion, or something in the refrigerator itself.
That breaker probably also feeds the outside outlet, if you have one. With the breaker off, pull the cover plate and outlet and look for dirt, corrosion, or insect nests.
