Galley Lights

I have replaced all my lights in my 1990 Airstream Excella (29er). All the lights are working and their switches, but for the galley lights. My brain can't remember what these switches do. I have two Galley lights. One in the front near the radio and one in the back in the bedroom. Firstly, can someone please tell me what these switches should be turning on and off and, Secondly, if it is the kitchen light, why it's not working?
