Fan keeps kicking on - why? Should I be worried?

Hi all,
Camping this week and I'm noticing a fan keeps kicking off. Its not the ac/furnace - that is turned off. The sound seems to be coming from under my closet - see photo of where I hear the noise. I have a 2008 19' Int'l. My husband thinks its some kind of cooling fan - but what is heating up? Should I be worried? I'm plugged in to electric and the site seemed to have two options 50 and 30 - I just flipped on all the breakers on the box - do you think that could be an issue? Appreciate any help - I'm relatively new to airstreaming.

This is normal...your converter (behind that access panel) has a cooling fan in it...totally normal for it to kick on and off as needed... You should avoid blocking the flow of air to it, by the way...
