Dometic thermostat

Hello, we are in a 5 months road trip and we have a first problem. My Ac and furnace or not working. On my thermostat display I see ''cool'' and ''Fan'' and Off. I don't see de HP or the furnace. I did the reset, i check the cable and connection at the Ac iside cover. Could it be the connection onder the cover at the outside cover?

That working of that thermostat is a black art, look in your manuals they have the instruction, also search the internet. I fiddle with ours for several hours before I got it working right, and that was only because I gave up and had my 19 year old son do it. Don't ask I have no idea what he did.
