I only have 30 amp and 1 A/C, but every time I have gotten an E-7 it is simply because my main 30 amp fuse has popped. I cannot run the induction burner if the A/C is on and the water heater and refrigerator are on electric. Normally I remember to turn the water heater off before making morning coffee but get only about 5 seconds after hitting start on the burner to say, oh crud... and reset the alarm clock.

Assuming you are not at a campground with truly awful voltage <109v......
If resetting breakers and ccc2 unit do not correct the issue it’s very likely you have a an issue with a physical/mechanical connection either in the junction box in the ceiling (need to remove return registers to investigate - I believe there is a connection made below the intake) or at the main board outside in the AC itself (need to remove the shroud to access the main board)
Check those out quickly as a next step.
PS - also check the physical connection of the wiring at the breaker itself in your panel.
If you have a 50amp plug (which you certainly do if you have two ACs), it is possible that your campground pedestal may be dead on one leg.
Try using a 50-30 dogbone, plugging into the 30amp side, and then trying only the ac that hasn't been working. If it now works, then you know the problem is with the pedestal.
