Custom Instrument Panels (Albemarle NC)

Has anyone had an experience with this company?

http://www.custominstrumentpanels.com/

I am restoring a 1974 Revcon and they offer a panel with gages and sending units (hard to believe) for $1300. I sense a scam here....
