Find your AC breaker panel and check the breakers. AC operated devices are on a separate panel with circuit breakers like your house, not fuses.

First, you should be checking the breakers in the 120v panel, not fuses.
Are all of the 120v things you mention on one circuit? If they are, I'm guessing you have a bad breaker or a broken wire.
I would plug in the cube and blanket directly into the generator to make sure nothing is wrong with them.

Absolutely! Anything in the trailer could be damaged.
My 34' took a lightning surge last summer. First the AC went after a few hours (fan motor went out), the power cord end went out after a week (shorted the plugs internal parts), then I found a battery had shorted internally. Lightning can do some strange things. It cost me close to $1,000 in material to make the repairs. I made the repairs myself, so there was no labor cost.
At first I did not realize the lightning had cause the damage, not until I looked at the power cord and saw it had partially melted.

Isn't the conventional wisdom to pull the power plug during a thunder storm?
I learned that several years ago, when a Lightning storm blew my surge protector out.
The thing died doing it's job of protecting my Hi-Lo. 'Cost me $165 for a new surge protector; much better than several thousand for new wiring.

Did you check the AC circuit breakers as detailed in the owner's manual?

On my 2009 classic I found a couple of loose wire nuts. Wire nuts are not designed for automotive use. The vibration causes them to become loose, even when installed properly. Crimp terminal are designed for automotive use if installed with the proper tool. Just a thought that you have a loose connection someplace. Good Hunting.

Make sure electricity is off when you check out the 110 volt AC wire nuts!

It could be that the microwave and heater are on the same breaker along with the outlet that the blanket is plugged into. Turn off the breaker all the way and back on and see if that fixes it. My older Airstream only has 2 breakers for the whole trailer, 1 for the AC and 1 for everything else. Can't run heater and microwave at the same time. In fact when using an adapter on the 30 amp plug to a regular 15 amp outlet or extension cord I can melt the adapter by trying to run 2 heavy loads at the same time. I call trailer living "life on an extension cord"! I usually end up with several cords feeding my trailer depending on how I'm getting power. More power = better living for me!

get one of the little AC outlet testers with the led lights and check the outlets. the tester is a good thing to carry in the trailer. Check the breakers in the box. You do have to turn it all the way off and then back on. most likely a tripped breaker. the refigerator and the lights and the furnace work on the 12 volts. On our older trailer there is a switch that switches power between the AC and the microwave. Do you have that switch? I guess not if it has all been working at the same time all along.
