New batteries
12 volt. Only charge with portable solar even when connected to shore power. Converter brand new 5 days old. seemed to charge batteries fine first couple of days. Now incoming power to converter is good. Outgoing is not good. Checked it’s volt meter I reset all breakers checked fuses all seem to be in good order. Had same problem 2 weeks ago that is why I ordered a new converter thinking that was the problem. Help I can’t seem to figure this out. We are connected to shore power and outlets will work without the inverter on. Batteries only will charge with solar. I know there is a fuse inside the converter box, in other words you have to take converter apart. Remind you this just happened 3 weeks ago with old converter, this is brand new converter.
