I have a 12 volt circuit that is giving me fits. Recently, I had one fuse (20a) that decided to blow. After I replace the fuse it will be ok for an hour or two then it will blow. The only thing on the circuit as far as I know is a couple of lights but that isn’t to say there isn’t anything else on it. I removed one hall light completely and the problem is still there so I guess that indicates there isn’t a problem in that area. The only other light is in the shower. Both lights work ok for a while until the fuse gives out. Will test the shower light next I guess!
I think I've got it. I found one more light but as it turned out, it seems to be the 12v fan for the bathroom. I noticed the fan switch in the on position and then I started to remember all the grunts-n-groans this fan was making in the past. It was evidently just bad enough to blow the fuse only after several minutes of pulling current until the circuit just couldn't take it any more.
Just thought I would post it in case someone else might have a similar problem!
